The Metacritic score for the Switch title was poor, coming in at 35 percent based on six reviews.Īs a result, there don’t appear to be plans to bring the title out for the Nintendo Switch. However, the critical response for the Nintendo Switch version was largely negative. The previous WWE game in the series, WWE 2K18, was released for the Nintendo Switch a few months after the game launched for Xbox, PlayStation 4 and PC. The difference in price might make it worth the wait, however, as the Standard Edition comes in at £54.99 whilst the Deluxe Edition will set you back £84.99.
The Standard Edition is out on October 9, which means a short wait before getting a chance to break into the ring and emulate your wrestling heroes. The game’s Deluxe Edition is out on October 5, so if you’re keen to sample some of that edition’s exclusive features – including a greater selection of WWE Hall of Famers as playable characters – you can get gaming.
